METH AND ASBESTOS TESTING
Our pre purchace home inspection package is carried out by qualified builders. The purpose of this inspection is to try identify any major issues visable at the time of the inspection to avoid expensive repairs for the purchacer. The report will cover areas such as cladding, roofing, flashings, space, foundations, basic plumbing and electrical, condition of both exterior and interior of the house, decks, fencing, insulation ad wet areas such as bathrooms and lundries.
Our new build hand over report is designed to give the owner of the new build confindance when they are handed over the keys to their new home that everything is compleated to a high standard and to current building codes. We do a full report similar to our pre purchase inspection with extra attention giving to the finishing of the build. The new build inspection helps find small defects missed by the builder or other contractors and building code issues missed on the final code of compliance.
We offer both Meth and Asbestos testing. We take multiple samples from around the property to ensure accurate results.
